I got the idea to do this from =kizer180's Dome Jam. Gonna send it on over there. It's the Fourth Doctor Who, Tom Baker. Because he's a candy-eating madman with a time machine, and I love his voice. Colored pencils, no underdrawing, 2-3 hours tops.
